Exhibition stand ‘Śląskie. Pozytywna energia’ during European Economic Congress 2019 – Katowice

At this year annual Economic Congerss in Katowice, Voivodeship of Silesia wanted to present its close connection to sport and care for ecology. The arrangement of the stand was to be outstanding and eye-catching.

In the project assumptions we were given, five functional zones were envisaged:

#Silesia Voivodeship Marshal’s meeting area – a private, elegant space, with a possibility to hold meetings of few people;

#a common table for Investor and Exporter Care Center, and Silesia Enterprise Center – where it was possible to present the activities of faculties and hold meetings with clients;

#informal meeting zone, together with a snack corner;

#next one is a Silesia Stadium zone – where a presentation about stadium events was displayed, and a silhouette of Anita Włodarczyk – an ambassador of the stadium, was presented;

#last one is a backroom – cleverly hidden was located in the center of the stand.

Emphasizing current trands and the direction in which the Marshal’s Office is heading we decided to use the raw MDF. It appears in all zones and goes perfectly with greenery, which is becoming an obvious symbol of our region. The greenery composition was placed on the openwork ceiling, also used to suspend the lighting of the stand from it.

In the Silesian Stadium zone as the background, we decided to use the leading identification color and create a gallery-like space, with the most important artifacts such as a stadium bench, fragment of turf or section of the runway. The whole was complemented by the equipment of a leading Polish manufacturer – Paged, which once again lent us a set of furniture, as well as beautiful chairs and sofas of leading global brands borrowed from the Niuans Studio showroom in Katowice.
