If you want to make a return

You can return your purchased jewelry within 14 days of receiving it. Just send an email to: produkt@pracowniabrokat.pl informing about the return of the product. We will be very glad if you write the reason for the return in the body of the e-mail. Address for sending returns is: BROKAT ul.Gliwicka 188/3, 40-860 Katowice, tel.883366008.Remember that the product must be intact, cannot be worn and bear traces of use. Returned merchandise must be sent at your own expense. We will refund the cost of the jewelry and the cost equivalent to the cheapest way of delivering the item to the customer. Please note that products and jewelry made on individual order cannot be returned.

if you want to make a complaint

If after receiving the product you find any defects / shortages in it please send an email to: produkt@pracowniabrokat.pl with a description of the defect. We will contact you immediately, send you a shipping label for the courier and inform you about further steps.
