Wystawa prezentowana była podczas największego z brazylijskich festiwali poświęconych współczesnemu wzornictwu, Sao Paulo Design Weekend Projekt stanowi kontynuację inicjatywy “The Spirit of Poland” zapoczątkowanej oddolnie przez twórców wzornictwa przemysłowego, której celem jest ukazanie wartości i potencjału prac polskich projektantów na arenie międzynarodowej.
Kluczem doboru eksponatów było pojęcie: duch/dusza materiału, wywodzące się z tytułu cyklu “The Spirit of Poland”.
Zestaw eksponowanych obiektów przedstawiał pracę projektantów z naturalnymi surowcami, jak również różnorodne drogi obróbki materiałów stworzonych przez człowieka. Istotnym aspektem w doborze produktów była relacja pomiędzy pracą ręczną, a technologią wspomaganą komputerowo.
