3.How do we take care of your data?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Customer’s personal data are processed in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council
\n(EU) 2016\/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to
\nprocessing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing
\nDirective 95\/46\/EC (Dz.Urz.UE.L No. 119, p. 1) (hereinafter also: “RODO”) and other currently

4.For what purposes is your information used?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Each time, the purpose and scope of data processed by the Administrator result from the Client’s consent or
\nprovisions of law and are further specified as a result of actions taken by the Customer in the
\nOnline Store or as part of other communication channels with the Customer.
\nPossible purposes of processing the Client’s Personal Data by the Administrator include, in particular:

\nb. handling and settlement by the Bank of payments made by customers of the

\noffer to make payment for the purchased goods.
\nd) provide your personal data to courier companies -Inpost and DPD in order to dispatch
\norder to the address indicated in the order. The data provided to the companies is the name and surname of the person
\nordering, the exact address: street, apartment\/home number, postal code and telephone number.
\ne) Receiving and processing complaints;
\nf) Conducting a competition, in particular selecting competition winners and realization
\nprizes;
\ng) Presenting advertisements, offers or promotions (discounts) concerning Administrator’s products or services
\n(up-to-date list of which is available in the Internet Shop) intended for all
\nrecipients, in particular in order to execute the Newsletter contract;<\/p>\n

(h) evaluation and analysis of Customer activity and information, including through automated
\nprocessing of Personal Data (profiling) in order to present general advertisements, offers or
\n(h) assessment and analysis of activity and information concerning the Administrator’s and its partners’ products or services in a manner

Providing Personal Data by the Customer in the Internet Shop is voluntary, however, it is

\nCustomer’s order and its settlement (conclusion and execution of the Sales Agreement), registration

The basis for processing your Personal Data is primarily the need to perform

Each Customer has the right at any time to:
\n(a) to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection;
\nb) transfer of the Personal Data which he\/she has provided to the Administrator and which are processed in an
\nautomated manner and the processing is based on consent or on the basis of
\ncontract, e.g. to another controller;
\nc) access to Personal Data (including, for example, receiving information as to which Personal Data are
\nprocessed);
\nd) Requests for rectification and restriction of processing (e.g. where the Personal Data is inaccurate) or
\nerasure of Personal Data (e.g. where it has been unlawfully processed);
\ne) withdrawal of any consent given to the Administrator at any time, whereby withdrawal of consent does

Administrator has a technical possibility to communicate with a Client remotely (e.g.
